There is now a wide selection of well-known seaside resorts and sea tourist attractions available on the world map including Ha Long Bay, the Gulfs of Da Nang, Lang Co, Hoi An, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Phu Quoc Island and last but not least, the Gulf of Mui Ne – Binh Thuan one of the gulfs voted the world’s most beautiful ones.

Nevertheless, the aforesaid sea tourist attractions of Vietnam are currently in the state of development and operations at the seaside. The sea surface and the sea bed are still in their original and reserve their natural features…
It is rare to see romantic scenes by the sea of Vietnam, for instance, cabin cruisers, luxury cruise liners or more amazingly, pure white sails…

As the world’s common practice, sailing is not merely a sport, but on top of all a first leading entertainment, a leisure and recreation facility for sea travelers all over the world…

For the purpose of developing a world-class form of entertainment with sailing and appealing to all sea travelers worldwide to the Sea of Mui Ne – Binh Thuan in particular and to the Sea of Vietnam at large, Binh Thuan Province People’s Committee, Binh Thuan Province Service of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Binh Thuan Province Tourism Association, Dan Han Investment Consultancy and Entertainment Company has launched a project to organize the International Sailing Festival at Mui Ne – Binh Thuan – Vietnam of 2011 “Sail, Sea, Sand & Sun”.

While sailing is not a traditional activity in Vietnam, it is essential to collaborate with other international entertainment corporations in a transfer of know-how for organizing the Festival International Sailing at Mui Ne – Binh Thuan – Vietnam of 2011 “Sail, Sea, Sand & Sun”, which will got off to a good start for developing the Gulf of Mui Ne – Binh Thuan – Vietnam into an international sailing centre not only for Vietnam, Asia but also for the rest of the world.

The International Sailing Festival at Mui Ne – Binh Thuan – Vietnam of 2011 is also one of the events in celebration of the 1000th great anniversary of Thang Long – Ha Noi and the 15th anniversary of Binh Thuan Province tourism industry.
